CANCELLATION POLICY
JaxedLashnBrows Services Inc. – Policies & Terms We kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following service policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone: • Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time without incurring any fees. • Late, Missed, or No-Show Appointments: A 100% service fee will be automatically charged for: • Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, • No-call, no-show appointments, • Arriving more than 10 minutes late for lash services. Please note: All brow services require on-time arrival. No grace period will be given for these appointments. • Discretionary Action: Repeated violations of these policies may result in a permanent ban from services at JaxedLashnBrows Services Inc., at our sole discretion. • Deposits & Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. We do not offer refunds on services rendered or gift card purchases. • Foreign Refills: We do not accept foreign lash refills (refills done by other lash artists or salons). • Guests & Children: For the comfort and safety of all clients, extra guests and children are not permitted in the service area. • Concerns After Service: Please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment if you have any concerns regarding your service. • Pricing Notice: All prices are set as listed on website.
